Alicia Hanney is an Adelaide artist who works with a variety of mediums including sculpture, ceramics, embroidery, drawing and painting. She practices from her home in Adelaide with her assistant cat, Pumpkin.

She has recently become enthralled by the world of hand made ceramic sculptures with a particular focus on ceramic dogs. Her experience working as dog groomer as her day job, often shows up throughout her work across mediums.

Foggy dogs started as an online space to share her naive cartoonish drawings of a character with a cloud for a head, representing the artists vague tendencies with humour, in pursuit of spreading relatable content. Although foggy dogs is constantly evolving, be sure to always expect plenty of dogs and plenty of clouds.

Alicia completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design in 2016, majoring in sculpture.
