Do you take commissions?

Yes I am currently taking commissions for ceramic dog and cat sculptures which means you can get your very own custom companion animal made to order. If you are after a more unique creature, feel free to challenge me.
I am also open to any other commissions. Please contact me to enquire.

How do I get a custom ceramic animal?

Click on the Custom Order section of this website and fill out the form. If you’re having any issues, send me an email.
If the form is unavailable, then my commissions are temporarily closed however feel free to contact me and I likely have a wait list for when they re-open!

How long will it take to receive my custom order?

5+ weeks, depending on how busy I am and the time of year. I will always give you an ETA when you enquire or place your order. Please specify if you need your order by a certain date.

Why does it take weeks to make a custom ceramic animal ?

Each piece is handmade from earthenware clay which needs to go through several processes before completion.
Once they are initially sculpted, they sit for 24 hours and are then painted with underglazes. Then they need to dry for a week until they can then go off to the kiln to be bisque fired. Once fired, they will then get picked up and I’ll coat them with clear glaze and then drop them back to the kiln for their glaze firing. Please keep in mind that if you require postage then that will take an extra few days to weeks depending on where you are located.
